The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications - Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of relevant experience Preferred: - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards - Strong H-1B and LCA subject-matter expertise. - Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and assess compliance risk. - Experience with defect analysis, reviewer calibration and process improvement. - Strong stakeholder management, written communication and data-analysis skills.
