HW Dev Engineer, Antenna System Validation

Amazon Leo is a long-term Amazon initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), providing low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field - 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, antenna design, or RF/analog circuit design - Experience designing and reviewing analog, digital, or high-speed circuits, including schematic capture and PCB layout - Experience with RF measurement equipment, including power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, or oscilloscopes - Experience taking a hardware design from concept through prototyping and bring-up Preferred: - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field - Experience with EM simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS) for antenna or RF circuit design - Experience designing phased array or antenna systems for aerospace, defense, or telecommunications applications - Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems - Knowledge of at least one modern programming or scripting language such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
