Human Resources Business Partner , Worldwide Grocery Stores

This role supports Whole Foods Market stores, within the Worldwide Grocery Stores organization.Amazon is seeking a strategic and solution-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to power the trajectory Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of HR experience - Experience with HR processes and systems - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - 4+ years of retail or operations, or 4+ years of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery industry experience - Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management - • Willingness to work on-site four days per week, including time on the sales floor Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership - Experience in retail, operations and/or business management - Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience hiring and developing strong talent and building a team - Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels - • Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
