At Amazon, HR Partners (HRP) provide high-judgment HR support to managers across levels at scale, enabling them to become force multipliers for customer impact and positive employee experience. They demonstrate Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or 5+ years of human resources experience and Bachelor's degree - Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others - Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field with about 6-10 years’ work experience. Proven track record of accomplishments in a dynamic environment, which is fast paced and customer driven. Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources. Project management and the ability to deliver, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations. Coaching and consulting skills; Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders. Experience in dealing with contingent workforce will be an advantage.
