HR Partner, Corp HRP

The HR Partner role in our HR Partner Team is focusing on the manager experience. You can expect to do the following in your day-to-day:• Influence change and foster an environment of inclusion for our Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - 5+ years of human resource generalist experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) Preferred: - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience with labor/employee relations - Ability to demonstrate high-judgement, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
