HR Business Partner, FC PXT

Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience - Experience in dealing with contingent workforce - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Preferred: - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates - Experience managing and leading employees - Experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or an engineering role - Experience with HR processes and systems - Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders - Experience hiring candidates, mentoring and developing employees in their careers Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
