Amazon Japan Operations' HR division (PXTX: People Experience and Technology Excellence) is seeking a Project Manager for its Central Management Team (CMT) to lead the fundamental reforms that make HR Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience - Knowledge of local labor law - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience managing small to medium scale projects - Experience developing operational processes and data insights Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience managing and leading employees - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations - Experience leading and transforming highly effective organizations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
