As a Health Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of root cause analysis and process design experience - Experience handling confidential information - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field, AND 7+ years of experience in occupational safety, risk management, compliance program management, or equivalent, OR 10+ years of occupational safety, risk management, compliance program management, or equivalent experience without a degree. - Experience managing safety programs in manufacturing, industrial, or high-hazard operational environments. Preferred: - Professional safety certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, CHST, or equivalent). - Experience with automation and robotics safety, machine guarding, and complex lockout/tagout systems. - Experience with electrical safety programs including arc flash hazard analysis, high-voltage systems, and energized work permits. - Experience with chemical safety management (liquid cooling fluids, glycol-based systems, or similar industrial chemicals). - Experience in multi-employer worksite safety coordination and contractor management. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
