Health and Safety Manager - Mumbai , Data Center Health and Safety

We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field - 7+ years of increasingly responsible roles in safety and/or environmental programs within manufacturing, production, service operations, or other relevant experience - Minimum college/university degree in a safety and health field or experience equivalent. Preferred: - Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills (English required; Marathi or Hindi preferred), with the ability to engage effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Proven experience developing and implementing departmental goals, safety policies, and procedural documentation aligned with organizational objectives. - Experience in construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar industries, managing safety across full-time employees and third-party contractors. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage escalations while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
