As Head of WW Growth & Programming Strategy, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions - Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development and legal - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - 12+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, or business development roles within media, entertainment, or streaming - Experience with subscription or direct-to-consumer business models Preferred: - MBA, or Advanced degree - Experience in management consulting, audience development or strategy/business development at a major media or technology company - Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals - Experience in a content acquisition or business development department of a media company - Experience negotiating license or business development agreements - Experience with pricing strategy and promotional modelling in a subscription business Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
