The brand creative studio within Amazon Devices & Services' Growth and Execution Organization (GXO) at Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Creative Program Management to set the vision for our creative program Basic qualifications: - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in managing and developing teams - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing executive level global leaders - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Advanced AI proficiency, with proven experience building AI-native workflows that improve how creative programs are managed and delivered. Preferred: - 5+ years managing an operational team within a brand, design, or in-house creative studio. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
