Do you want to help define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers Basic qualifications: - Experience developing and managing a high-performing team - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above Preferred: - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Deep knowledge of the German media landscape, including key studios, production companies, broadcasters, and regulatory frameworks - Track record of managing multi-million-dollar content budgets with demonstrated cost discipline and ROI orientation - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (e.g., viewership metrics, financial modeling) to inform content investment decisions - Experience in SVOD/OTT platforms or digital media businesses with a strong understanding of subscription economics - Established network of industry relationships - Passion for content and entertainment with strong creative instincts Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
