Head of Channel Partnerships, MCCF

Amazon Multi-Channel Commerce and Fulfillment (MCCF) is seeking a strong leader to build and scale our channel partnerships with agencies, consultancies, and supply chain experts, leading a high-performing Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 10+ years of driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts) experience - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent - 7+ years of eCommerce experience, including how companies leverage different technologies in DTC. - Direct deal flow experience. - Experience with consistently generating business: efficiently managing team’s workload across a pipeline of unique projects Preferred: - Master's degree or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to influence others internally and externally. - Ability to excel as a self-starter in a fast-paced and fluid “startup” environment. - Ability to think strategically and creatively, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs while applying sound business judgment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
