Head of APJC Tech Strategy and Operations, Global Sales Operations

We are looking for a Leader of APJ Field Tech Operations to help drive the long-term growth of the APJ Tech business through a period of significant change. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, motivated Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of senior leadership work in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields experience - 7+ years of leading a divisional sales operations team or equivalent responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large-scale, multi-geographical, hi-tech, sales organization experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience in leading a divisional sales operations team or equivalent responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large-scale, multi-geographical, high-tech, sales organization - Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team Preferred: - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience in business-process design - Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company - Master's degree or equivalent Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
