Graduate Partner, PXT

Basic qualifications: - completed university degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months - Human resources (or related fields) degree and/or work experience - Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1). Preferred: - Knowledge of HRIS Systems - Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices - Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information - Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment - Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment - Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
