We support all AWS data centers, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical problems - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Preferred: - 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields - • Experience building mechanisms and processes that scale across multiple teams or regions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
