Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff - 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience - Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python - Experience managing machined parts, optics, wire harnesses, valves, motors, battery, hardware components, or equivalent technical commodities - Experience using multiple ERP or other equivalent procurement tools Preferred: - Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field - Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
