Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a world-class sales professional to Basic qualifications: - 13+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience - Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery - Bachelor's degree, or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executive audiences - Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry landscape, including regulatory environment, market dynamics, and digital transformation trends Preferred: - Strong understanding of AWS’s service catalog ability to relate cloud and Agentic AI solutions to solving clients’ business problems - Experience in digital transformation consulting or strategic advisory roles - Proven history of creating net-new revenue streams through strategic initiatives Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
