The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation. You will successfully manage, Basic qualifications: - Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - 1-3 yrs of technical recruiting in a high volume and high hiring-bar environment Preferred: - Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
