Amazon Leo is Amazon's initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to deliver fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. Learn more about Project Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience - Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Preferred: - 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive technical recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Knowledge of national and local employment laws and regulations - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results - Experience recruiting in aerospace, hardware engineering, RF/antenna, or adjacent deep-tech fields Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
