Financial Analyst II, Financial Operations Accounting Analysis

This role supports accounting function related to reconciliation, close process and accounting. As Amazon has been growing at over 30% Year-over-Year, this position will also help drive process changes Basic qualifications: - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - CA with 5-6 Yrs of accounting experience - Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle,Essbase/Smartview - Experience in Month end closing of Books of accounts/working on various sub-ledgers/Accounting Knowledge/Balance Sheet Reconciliation. Preferred: - 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes - Experience in problem solving and delivering results - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
