Finance Manager, Inventory Quality Finance

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be a trusted partner for IQ (Inventory & Quality) Finance, supporting the NA Quality team. Amazon operates Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience - 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience Preferred: - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - 4+ years of identifying and implementing opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations experience - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
