Amazon Business (AB) is a global B2B marketplace operating across 11+ countries. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across AB's worldwide FP&A organization. This Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience Preferred: - MBA, or CPA - 6+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python), or experience with Oracle, Essbase, TM1 and similar tools - 5+ years of leading financial technology automation with tech and non-tech teams experience, or Bachelor's degree - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, or experience in multiple finance and accounting roles - CMA or CPA, or Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field - 3+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience - Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles, or experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results - - Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable operational impact Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
