Practise the Facility Design & Construction Sr. Specialist, FDC at Amazon Japan G.K. interview free →オペレーション技術統括本部（JCFS: Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions）は、アマゾンジャパンのオペレーション部門の中核として、物流プロセスの設計・導入・改善と、それを支える建屋設計の最適化に取り組んでいます。本ポジションでは、次世代物流施設の「設計標準」を自らの手で定義し、日本全国の施設に展開するという、スケールの大きな仕事に携わっていただきます。ご自身が策定した標準仕様が数十万㎡規模の施設群に適用され、コスト最適化・脱炭素・安全性向上に直結します。具体的には、建築・電気・空調・衛生・消火設備の総合的な専門知識を駆使し、発注者の立場で自社施設の設計標準 Basic qualifications: - 建築、構造、電気、空調、衛生、防災設備について少なくとも3分野以上の知識・経験 - 上記に関する5年以上の設計もしくは現場管理経験、もしくは5年以上の発注者の立場での設計監理業務の経験 - 一級建築士、一級施工管理技士、もしくは同等レベルの専門知識 - 導入する技術の投資対効果を検証し、ライフサイクルコストを低減させる技術の提案経験 - PCスキル（Word, Excel, Power point, Auto CAD） - ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力（会議が進行できる、ビジネス文書がかける） Preferred: - 大規模な新築工事での設計業務経験者 延床3万㎡以上 - ZEB、LCCO2、LCC など環境配慮設計の知識・実績 - 技術と事業の両面を踏まえた戦略的判断ができる Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
