Amazon needs an Executive Recruiter to help the business scale by recruiting senior leaders across EMEA. Few rewards in search match seeing your hired candidates drive a positive, measurable impact on Basic qualifications: - Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership - Bachelor's degree - Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive L8+ candidate generation - Experience building and driving passive L8+ talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - Experience delivering L8+ talent across multiple industries and geographies, with demonstrable expert Preferred: - Experience with executive recruiting in either a blue-chip, global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm - Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
