Executive Education Advisor, WWPS SLG/EDU Verticals & Strategic Engagement

As a Higher Education Executive Advisor (EEA), you are a passionate leader who understands the education (Higher Education and Academic Research) environment, the trends impacting these industries, and Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - 15+ years of education domain knowledge, including IT, budget cycles, appropriations process and strategic planning and has a proven track record in leading and driving substantive change as an education leader - Executive Technology Leadership Experience - 10+ years of demonstrated enterprise-wide technology strategy and operations in state or local government Preferred: - Established network of relationships with higher education technology and business leaders - 10+ years of education domain knowledge, including IT, budget cycles, appropriations process and strategic planning. - Experience in advancements, athletics, and distance learning - Experience with Higher Education Operations, Healthcare, Research, or other Education market segments including market transitions, industry trends, and innovative technology services to support industry transformation - Deep understanding of government procurement processes, budget cycles, and legislative dynamics - Proven track record of leading large-scale technology modernization initiatives ($10M+ projects) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
