We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the AWS Worldwide Public Sector team, supporting two Directors within the UKGI PS organisation. This role is the operational backbone of a Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience as an Executive Assistant - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives - Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up - Eligible for security clearance - UK government Preferred: - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience in the public sector - Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders - Experience supporting leaders in a matrixed, multi-country organisation - Experience planning and managing large-scale events or offsites (50+ attendees) - Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward learning new tools, systems, and domains quickly Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
