Executive Assistant, Selling Partner Support Experience

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the VP on our Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of senior level leadership support experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with C-level executive calendar management - Experience as an Executive Assistant - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Preferred: - Experience managing teams - Experience working in a matrixed organization - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed - Experience working independently with minimal supervision Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
