Executive Assistant, Public Policy

Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright and self-motivated individual to support the Director, Tax, LatAm & Canada Policy. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff, Public Policy, and Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of executive assistant experience - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish - Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact with senior executives. - Experience working in a trade association, law firm, or similar environment. - Experience supporting budget and expense management. - Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
