The Amazon Ads team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support a VP in the Ads AI Core Infra organization.This role will support a VP who oversee a team of 300+ employees in total. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred: - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience leading process improvements - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience as an Executive Assistant The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
