Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will support the General Manager and Operations Team of an Amazon Customer Fulfillment Center, STR1. A successful candidate is highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed - Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and German - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Preferred: - Bachelor's degree - Experience interpreting and communicating analytics - Experience managing teams, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques - High levels of integrity, discretion, accountability, and sound judgment - Passion and enthusiasm for a team-oriented philosophy - Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, training, and leadership communication - Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups — senior management, peers, and outside contacts - Relevant experience in people management - Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
