ERP Transformation Senior Manager, Accounting Transformation Group

Amazon is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation manager to lead Accounting program execution for a multi-year transformation of Amazon’s Finance ERP platform. This leader will serve as a lead for the ERP Basic qualifications: - 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience in a finance role leading a project or program and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a business - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Preferred: - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) - PMP, or PMP certificate - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience leading or supporting a large-scale ERP Transformations like Oracle or SAP S/4HANA. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
