Engineering Program Manager, NA Field Engineering

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Engineering team, part of Amazon's Last Mile organization. The Last Mile team helps get customer Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology - Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases - Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level - 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Preferred: - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python) - Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings, or experience developing MOPs and SWMS for planned works - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
