Engineering Program Manager, NA Field Engineering

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Engineering team, part of Amazon's Last Mile organization. The Last Mile team helps get customer Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology - Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience developing and managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Preferred: - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Experience with automation and any version control tools, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience in Database like NoSQL - Master's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 3+ years of in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments experience - Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings, or experience developing MOPs and SWMS for planned works - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience with AI-powered tools, large language models (LLMs), or automation solutions for business process optimization Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
