In this role, you will support AWS’s infrastructure expansion by leading energy projects with electric utilities Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent - Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with design or construction administration of a variety of electrical distribution systems ranging from low voltage to high voltage - Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure - Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience working directly with public utility commissions and other energy regulators Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
