Design Manager, EMEA Portfolio, Design, Sustainability & Engineering

The Global Design team is looking for a creative, innovative, results-oriented designer who will be responsible for the design of select new buildings or expansion projects post-occupancy tenant improvement Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in project and program management Preferred: - Experience in facilities management, or experience in construction or project management - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Knowledge of key technology and market trends - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs - • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. - • Able to build constructive and effective relationships and use them to maneuver through complex situations.
