Deployment Support Engineer II, APAC OTS - Deployment

Build the IT infrastructure that powers millions of deliveries. As a Deployment Support Engineer, you'll independently lead multi-site launches, create scalable mechanisms adopted across regions, and own Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience - 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience - 4+ years of technical support experience - 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent - Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience in similar environments - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (JLPT N3+) Preferred: - 3+ years of supporting a windows server environment experience - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with project management Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
