Delivery Trainer

Training InformationThis is a full-time, permanent position. As part of your onboarding, you'll participate in a comprehensive 5-week paid training program at one of our operating sites, which may be located Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Valid and active driver's license - Are 21 years of age or older - Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File - Authorized to work in the United States Preferred: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience - Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization - History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals - Experience leading teams - Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment - Organization and time management skills - Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups - 2+ years of professional driving experience - Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience - Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
