Delivery Coordinator, Global Delivery, Studio Content Services

The Global Delivery team is responsible for ensuring that all Post Production Deliverables for Amazon MGM Studios’ content are received, adhere to technical specifications, follow mandated file naming Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience - 2+ years of episodic and film workflows technical experience - Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - 2+ years experience with quality control processes and creation of domestic and/or international deliverables - Self-motivated team player Preferred: - Experience in the entertainment industry - Experience leveraging and improving internal tools - Experience with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, UHD, HDR, and film workflows - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc. - Knowledge of sound, dialogue, and music editing and mixing workflows - Experience with deliverables tracking systems or media asset management platforms Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
