Deal and Contract Ops Manager, eero Business Operations

We are hiring a Deal and Contract Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team in San Francisco. In this role, you will design and own the end-to-end deal and contracting processes mainly by Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders - 3+ years of experience in operations or program management that is GTM and business team facing. - Working familiarity with contracts approval tools, like Amazon’s Contract Central, or the like - Hands-on experience in ushering deals from contracts signing through successful onboarding by involving the right stakeholders at the right time. - Experience translating legal, tax and finance requirements into operational guidance for business teams, and speeding up deal approval processes. Preferred: - 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams - Knowledge of Amazon approval policies and experience writing Amazonian-style documents (6-pagers, narratives). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
