DE Legal Office Manager (Paralegal / Project Management)

Amazon is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager (Paralegal/ Project Management) with a legal background to join the German (DE) Legal Department. The Office Manager will Basic qualifications: - Experience as a paralegal, in legal program management, or in legal case management - Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience working cross functionally across several teams - ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; qualification as paralegal (Rechtsanwalts-/ Notarfachangestellte/r) is considered equivalent. - ● Previous work experience as a paralegal or in a related legal support role with a multinational/Fortune 500 company or law firm. - ● Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to utilize relevant tools (Excel, Word, other internal tools) - ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English - ● Strong judgment, even in ambiguous situations, and discretion with confidential matters Preferred: - Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in stakeholder management and communication management - ● Experience using and building AI tools to simplify workflows Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
