This is a 100% on-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience - 2+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experience - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience supporting hourly, front-line, and salaried employee populations - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates - Experience managing and leading employees - Experience in a data center or other critical environment, or experience in construction - Experience in a multi-site environment Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
