Data Center Logistics Specialist, DC Operations Logistics

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of supply chain management (e.g. logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics - Proficient in Japanese and conversational English Preferred: - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects - Experience in creating SOPs and training materials, and in mentoring and developing others Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
