アマゾンは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になること」を使命とし、高品質な輸送ネットワーク・サービスの拡大に投資を行っています。物流業界の変化を見据え、従来の型にとらわれない自社独自の輸送ネットワーク・サービスの構築を進めており、これまでにない革新的な幹線輸送ネットワークを一緒に作り上げる意欲的なメンバーを募集します。 アマゾンジャパンの物流輸送企画事業部では、自社輸送網の幹線輸送に関わる事業企画・管理の中核を担っています。社内の事業計画・実行部門、システム開発部門、財務部門に加え、大手を含む運送会社や3PLといった取引先企業と連携しながら、アマゾンの成長を支える幹線輸送ネットワーク・サ Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Preferred: - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
