Data Analyst, Returns SX

Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - 2+ years of SQL experience - Experience in advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams - Experience using data to define metrics, track program health, and drive decisions - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon experience in an analytical or program management capacity Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Experience building automated reporting or dashboards using BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, or similar) - Experience managing stakeholder communications and driving alignment across multiple teams Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
