Customer Success Engineer, Data Center Learning

We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation - Experience in a training role, including technical training - Experience in training, performance management and coaching/mentoring - Bilingual in English and German (written and spoken) Preferred: - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting - Experience with technical writing and instructional design - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions - Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
