This is an environment where Basic qualifications: - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby - Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows) - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field - Technical depth in one or more areas: cloud migrations, application modernization, data & analytics, infrastructure optimization, security & compliance, or AI/ML/Gen AI/Agentic - Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives - Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI concepts with the ability to facilitate strategic conversations on GenAI use cases, adoption frameworks, and business impact - Experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-value workloads across industry verticals - Must be 18 or older Preferred: - Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a company - Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with external customers, resulting in measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, workload expansion, executive sponsorship) - AWS Associate-level certification(s) or above.
