CSA BIM Designer, DC Design Engineering

Are you a motivated Structural Designer who's passionate about BIM and eager to embrace the future of design? We're looking for a creative, driven professional who combines architectural expertise with Basic qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in structural/architecture or similar discipline - 3+ years of structural design experience on mission-critical facilities - 3+ years of experience using Revit for producing structural/architectural BIM models and construction drawings - Experience participating in BIM coordination meetings and performing clash detection and resolution across multi-disciplined models - Proficiency in the following software tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Dynamo, RF Tools, CTC Tools, Smartsheet, and Procore Preferred: - Experience directly related to Data Center design and construction. - Experience and knowledge applying Lean principles to design modeling and drawing production. - Experience observing construction, familiar with construction technology, familiar with construction practices. - Experience driving a team to implement new BIM tools, procedures, best practices.
