Critical Projects Manager, Critical Project Implementation

The Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team in Amazon Web Services is a project management and execution team that manages construction activity within the operational data center spaces in Sydney Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience - Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 3+ years of project management and implementation experience - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships Preferred: - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Knowledge of critical data center equipment - Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure - 3+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience - Experience thriving in a high-velocity, rapidly evolving environment Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
