Creative Specialist, Artwork, Prime Video Localization Operations

Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching?Prime Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital artwork creation, or image editing - • Online portfolio demonstrating versatile, high-quality design capabilities (link required) - • Production-grade proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools - • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound creative judgment without routine supervision - • Proven ability to collaborate with science, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders — communicating operational insight to influence tool or process improvements Preferred: - • Experience setting or owning creative or quality standards that others calibrate to - • Experience participating in UAT or contributing structured feedback to tool development workflows - • Track record of identifying process gaps and driving measurable improvements in quality or efficiency - • Experience mentoring or training peers in creative or quality review workflows - • Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows or tools - • Passion for the media and entertainment industry, particularly streaming services Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
